Yoga + Soundbath Class
Take a pause and reconnect with yourself and your community in this 90-minute wellness experience . Together, we’ll flow through gentle movement, reflection, and sound to nurture rest, creativity, and liberation.
We’ll begin with a community check-in or guided journaling to ground our intentions, move through a mindful yoga flow, and close with a restorative sound bath meditation. The session will end with time for quiet connection — to reflect, share, or simply be in community with one another.
This class invites you to breathe deeply, move intuitively, and rest fully. All levels and abilities are welcome.
Yoga mats, bolsters, props, blankets, and eye masks will be provided.
What to Bring & Accessibility:
Please bring a journal and wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. You’re welcome to bring your water bottle, or any personal comfort items.
